Hi i'm Marcia. 

Marcia has been passionate about Real Estate her entire life. As a child, she would tour investment properties and new construction developments with her dad.  In fact, her first job was helping her father flip houses and manage rental properties. Flipping lit a passion that eventually evolved into a real estate career. As an adult, she loves getting a feel for every home and community she visits – she feels that each person and property has a story to tell. Since 2017, Marcia has been a Marketing professional and Real Estate Investor. She understands the personal and business objectives each client deserves. As a tech-savvy agent, her social media skills help keep her listings and buyer needs in front of the area's top agents. Marcia's motto is "Hope doesn't Sell Homes. Marketing Does." In 2021 Marcia graduated with her MBA and now resides in Central Oklahoma with her Husband, Ryan, and their two dogs Marley and Greta. 

As a Realtor, her first priority is to make her clients happy. She listens to her clients' wants and needs to achieve the best outcome in every transaction, and she strives to ensure that the buying or selling process is fun, easy, and stress-free.
